I had to have some emergency work on my car. Now, I drive an old wreck. When I looked at the website with all the fleet work that they do and being a Mercedes authorised body shop I throught that they were going to charge me a fortune to repair the bumper of my junky car. Instead I was greeted by a young gentleman who had a very pragmatic approach to the issue, glued the parts back together and I was back on the road within 24 hours and it cost me much, much less then expected. Thank you, you really helped me there.
