Decent no nonsense service. Rang up for tyre quote and they were able to provide a sensible figure for two tyres..unlike practically every other tyre shop in the area. Car in and out. No issues would return.

Simply above and beyond. I had chosen the Crawley branch over many closer options after some research, and they smashed my expectations. Alan made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what I may expect out of the MOT and service and he was spot on. Even after finding out the tyres ordered had been miss-delivered, instead of sending me away he offered a more premium option as compensation at his own expense. Having had to spend a fair amount of time there, you can tell they are well trusted and valued by the community and regulars. A solid team that can be relied on. And even after I had made a mistake with the separate MOT and tyre booking, not having left enough time for both, Alan and the team insisted to stay behind after hours to replace a dangerously damaged tyre, (cracked sidewall), that was completely on the verge on blowing and getting the MOT to pass before I left. And if that wasnt enough, after a considerable amount of research, they were the most competitive in price. Perfect balance of expertise, integrity and chat! Many thanks
