        Excellent customer service and such friendly staff I Brought my vape just before Xmas and the guy that served me was so helpful!

        I went here today with my wife for a couple of vapes after various failed attempts to switch. We spoke to Ellie who was insanely knowledgeable about all the products. We went to 4 other vape stores in town and VPZ probably wasnt the cheapest but by far had the best customer service. Ellie didnt try just to upsell us to the most expensive product but actually worked out what would fit us best as individuals and thats why we went back to her. A sales person that can sell is easy to find but one that actually cares that the customer is happy long term with the product is rare. Was a guy there too was really knowledgeable too. Didnt see his name but if I call him the beard I think youll know who that is. Thanks for a good experience. Will return.
