Called up for two tyres. Was greeted by a friendly chap who said he would order in and call me when they arrived. Up to this point the review was looking good. Well.. he never bothered to call me back, so clearly not that interested in any business. No wonder the reviews are so bad. Im glad he didnt ring me back probably avoided other issues. Waste of a day for me though. Check the reviews before you bother going here. Would be risky.

I took my car in for MOT. The staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Formula 1 Autocentre.

On Friday 24 March I came out of my house in the morning to find I had a flat tyre. I had to put the space saver wheel on because I had to get to a client in Hastings. En route I had a blowout from another tyre and had to have the AA out and use one of their space saver wheels. I limped into Formula One Crawley and the car was immediately put onto a ramp so the AA man could get his wheel back. The car stayed the weekend as they were unable to get the required tyres until today, 27 March. Theyve been very good because I had to be sedated by the dentist this morning. I am unable to pick the car up until tomorrow 28 March. The car is remaining inside the centre. Thank you Formula One for outstanding customer service
