Domino's Pizza - Crawley - Pound Hill

Item missing from delivery. Driver promised it would be sent out, but not delivered. Phoned store but they just pick the phone up and put it straight down.

Wow - look at all the bad reviews.. for a company/store that just has to make a pizza and deliver it. But they seem unable to even perform this task correctly or efficiently. Orders always arrive cold, I have witnessed the delivery driver, drive into the road, park up for 30 mins and then proceed to get out and deliver the pizza. Bizarre behaviour. Store are rude on the phone. This is surely a dominoes franchise that is out of control - even the area manager isnt sure who the managers are on certain days. Not sure why the store need several managers to be honest. After a couple of bad experiences will never order from this branch again. Maybe dominoes U.K. should try and sort out this rogue store so the quality and standards are as one would expect. Disgrace. Oh yes and they charge 2.50 to deliver cold pizza. Amazing.
