        None of the apartments advertised in the physical agency are available, it is misleading advertising, they are not serious.

        ONE RENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! You'll lose your entire deposit and they ask you to pay on top of the deposit. Finally I needed to pay half of my deposit though I handed over the property in a good and well cleaned condition. We've been with 6 letting agents earlier, we've not seen this huge deduction. Only One Rent will hold your entire deposit as they are very greedy in owning the tenant's entire deposit. There are so many agents around for you to get a house rented, but not from One Rent!

        Unprofessional agency. They put the phone down on you or theyll make you wait on hold and then cut you off. They do not respond to any enquiries on right move either.
