Lack of care, lack of any follow ups. Impossible to contact, hours on hold. Describing your symptoms to your cat and engaging in Witchcraft will yield demonstrably identical results to this laughable clown show of a healthcare provider. Tried again to use Saxonbrook - all seems like a game to them, the clinical staff are excellent. The admin is rude, uncaring and abrasive. Falls way short of expectations.

Without doubt the best practice I have ever been to. The reception staff are kind, considerate and go out of their way to help. The clinical team are caring knowledgeable and patient, nothing is too much trouble. This practice has helped me so much and I can't thank them enough.

Impossible to make an appointment unless you phone up at 0830 the day of. Do not allow you to book appointments ahead of time due to "COVID".

Excellent service It was so nice to have time to talk with the practice nurse Sheila Trower. At my appointment, she was so helpful and I left far better informed and with a positive mindset, Thanks Sheila. This practice has so far been the best we have been registered with and they are always helpful, contactable, and courteous with modern facilities and knowledgeable staff.

It's a nightmare to get an appointment. My little baby is ill, I'm trying to get an appointment for her but everytime I try to get an appointment, its says "Appointments are full for today" and this keeps coming until the next day. When I phoned the surgery they asked me to fill in the form first only then they can give me an appointment. The last surgery was so so good, you call them between 8:30 and 9am and they see you on the same day. We have a horrible experience with this surgery. Sadly,Can't get through an appointment.
