Disgusting service . They leave dirty sheets on kitchen floor and open nappy sacks to stink out the flat of a 90 yr old man caring for his wife. They show no consideration for her comfort or dignity. Should be closed down!

Some staff have broken cups and plates and damaged the bathroom door , they are sometimes also very rude

Carers dumped somebody else's rubbish in our bin then and still haven't come to clear it up. No manager available at weekends, nothing being done, rubbish now all over the car park. Useless

I would not recommend working for this company. If you genuinely care for the elderly and vulnerable you can find better companies to work for. If you want to be complicit in drug errors, cover ups and providing terrible care for the elderly, you would fit in great at First Col.

Was accepted for a job here back in December and started 1st January. Was okay at first but was only given 3 shifts despite me asking repeatedly. I was ignored and was never called back about shifts even though I was told I would be. They don't pay for training even though you can be hands on and actually doing the job. Not reliable at all, emails and calls never responded to and I handed in my resignation and they didn't even know because no one checks their inbox! Also only getting paid 30 for a whole shift. Definitely would not work here again
