        Very disappointed! I ordered online, received an email to say my item was ready for collection. I couldn't go, but I sent a friend who travelled 10 miles to collect item, she was told item was not there, they even told her I was probably mistaken and sent the order to a different store which wasn't the case. My friend left without the item , I rang costomer service representative who rang the staff who then confirmed the item was infact there. What wasted time and effort on our side just because staff didn't bother to look for item properly! Not nice!

        The approach taken by the Crawley staff today (07 march 20) means I will now cancel my next account and avoid shopping there in the future. If you buy from this shop dont expect the item to last.
