1st Class service, professional operators, wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone with Apple products. Had a new hard rive fitted to my iMac which wasn't straight forward thanks to iCloud purging and Phil went over and above to deliver. Computer is better than new now.....

Amazing service, had booked an appointment really quickly and easy for our very slow Macs. Phil came to us and diagnosed the issue immediately. He took the computers same day and delivered them back and working like new the next day. He was really helpful, fast and just excellent, I think his price was very reasonable and saved us the cost of new Mac's, we also received a 3 year warranty on the work carried out so should be good for the next 3 years.

Fantastic service from PurpleMac. My 2013 MacAir was running very slow and crashing and I was reluctant to buy a new one without trying some fixes first. Phil visited me at home, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and explained what he was doing. He ran several checks and fixes and I'm very pleased my Mac is now running so much better! Thanks PurpleMac, you've saved me from having to make an expensive Apple purchase.

Fast friendly service from Phil, who responded to my emailed problem on the same day, arranged an appointment to test and diagnose the computer problem for the next afternoon on the Friday...collected, repaired, upgraded and returned the computer by Monday! I was kept informed throughout, and a receipt for removal of my computer was sent to me before it was removed from my premises in a protective bag.Very pleased with the results and speedy service. Would totally recommend this company.
