If there is an award going for cowboys, GBS Gatwick would be receiving oscars! Absolute joke of a team. Never answer the phone, couldnt locate their own brains so no idea how they meant to find missing luggage. My suitcase was in their office, after reading all the reviews, confirmed with them 3 times before venturing out to gatwick as its 1.5 hours drive and yet took them almost 2.5 hours to find my bag in their office!! The management of GBS needs to seriously look at their operation because at the minute its being run like a mental institution.

I lost all my checked baggage upon arrival at Gatwick, met a not so nice guy who couldn't wait to get rid of us. Very unhelpful, he promised to text or email a PIR number after 20 mins that day for our lost baggages since the 28th Feb. No seen or heard a thing. The most annoying thing is they got no contact number to phone, the one on the piece of paper I was given does not exist. Really frustrating! Wish I could rate them a zero .The airline I used was TAP, they added 10hrs to my journey due to flight delays.. never ever will I go near them again.

Worst experience I have ever faced in the last 10 years of travelling abroad from Heathrow. Istanbul airport sent my baggage to Heathrow and I asked them to return it back. They contacted GBS to do so but no answer, I contacted them too but no answer. When I arrived to London and asked the manager at Heathrow (His name is Dani or Dany) why didn't you or your team reply to Turkish airlines request and my request while I was abroad, he said "it's not your business, if I work for you I will follow your procedures" and mocked me in front of his staff. He has even threatened me if I do not collect my bag immediately he is going to return it to Turkey and started to count loudly to 10! Oh my god

Terrible 'solutions'. Unempathetic and basically gave the attitude of you may never see your bag again. Almost gave the impression that the lost bag was somehow my fault. 1 star because they did find it and I got it back, 2 days later and went and collected it myself as the courier company gave me no indication of ETA at all
