Very efficient service ! We left the car in the drop-off zone as instructed and then handed our confirmation details and car key to reception which was a 10 minute process at the most! The shuttle bus was already there so we arrived at the South Terminal Airport quicker than we thought which was a great relief as we were slightly behind on schedule. When we returned from our trip, the shuttle bus arrived at the bus stop within 15 minutes and it only took a couple of minutes to collect our car key and leave the car park. Overall, it was a straight forward process - just make sure you have your details ready and do not lose the small card they give you as the bus driver needs to see it to let you on the bus heading to the car park when you're returning. I'd give it 5* if only it was less pricey!
