        Terrible customer service from the gentleman (believed to be the store manager). On 3 separate occasions now, he has been less than helpful, arrogant, and had an issue with his attitude. Downright unprofessional. Purchases made easy, returns made impossible.

        I walked in expecting great customer service, but I was sadly mistaken. The service levels are appalling, the customer service staff didn't seem that keen on helping customers. They've got a fairly decent collection, but the customer service is a total let down. Never again
