        Hi I know all flights have been cancelled to goa india. Why are you not letting your customers know.. An also you are still selling flights to Goa knowing full well of the situation it's very disappointing of such a big well know company .

        The Tui shop in Staines were so helpful, more than those on the customer helpline. After waiting on the phone for over an hr I decided to call the Staines store and they were so helpful and answered all my questions about covid tests needed, whereas all the people on the helpline kept saying was "we are not trained, u have to look on the website urself". Would defo recommend going to the store for any queries in the future.

        Lost luggage - it has been 5 days and counting, and cant get hold of anyone at TUI. Number given goes to automated voicemail saying that due to covid they have had to streamline staff so you can only speak to someone on live chat. When you go to the website, no one is available on live chat. When Ive emailed to complain about a separate matter, all emails I have given has bounced back. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER
