A good place for a walk and watching wild birds, but I have the impression that it is getting more and more neglected every year

The council has seriously let this part of crawley go to waste! I used to fish here around 4-5 years ago and it was a bit unkempt but a really lovely little lake. However upon visiting recently, there are so many large dumped household items in the lake its unreal, the trees have overgrown a fair preposition of the bank or they have fallen in the water to accompany the rubbish, that with all the silt that has gathered over years, I fear any or all fish that lived there may no more.
