Customer service a joke and really not helpful.
We ordered windows and doors from them then they sent a surveyor that cost us 100, surveyor did not mention the asbestos and electric shutters...so when the installer showed up the simply walked away...this is 4 weeks ago.
Asbestos has been removed but they still refuse to install the products.
Best bit? They demand 60% payment if we cancel due to their incompetence.
Reported now to Fensa and if they do not cancel the contract we will be taking legal action....just be careful ...they are not to be trusted.
Only got one voicemail telling me that I should not complain.
But the Cherry is that they sent me the Fensa certificate with the date that they apparently fitted the windows...
They are criminal.
