        Been over a week and no delivery date. Sent email which was not answered. Sent messenger today to ask what was happening. Got a messenger back saying sent me an email at 2.15om this afternoon. When checked no email.

        I have just received a chocolate chess set and board to put on a birthday cake. I have to say that the customer service is excellent from making the initial enquiry to taking delivery of the set today. All the items are extremely well made and I would like to thank Rob and his wife for all their help.
