The absolute worst there are no words in the language I can think of that even comes close to the disgust I feel when I see or hear the name of this surgery!

Disgusting surgery hosting medical professionals who don't care about disabilities. Negligence is a massive one here. I'd strongly recommend any surgery but here. NEVER ORDER TO THE PHARMACY NEXT DOOR

Useless, rude and unhelpful.

Had some frustrations at the past, mainly with process and still in 2023 having to ring at 8:30 for an appointment when we have technology that should make it so much easier. However I got through, very polite receptionist booked me in same day to see a doctor and sorted my issue. Both were empathetic and nice to deal with. Thank you

I've read the reviews and have to say the receptionist are getting a poor deal. When I have called they have been very polite and can't offer an appointment because there just are not any available. Appointments are very far and few, usually a telephone call is what is offered, which just is not good enough. Below is the GP doctors earning for this practice published on their own website. You will see there is only one full time GP and they get paid a VERY good wage! They do not offer pre booked appointments, evening or weekend appointments but I'm sure they use services where people work all hours i. e supermarkets, pilot's, gym's just to mention a few. But they can't possibly!!! Or are they to busy at their private clinics? Publication of GP net earnings 2021/22 All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice. The average pay for GPs working in Ifield Medical Practice in the last financial year was 107,278 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 1 full time GP and 5 part time GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months. These GP's are the reason AE are soooo busy. They get paid a lot more than AE doctor's who do far more work then them picking up the pieces for the people who can't get an appointment.
