Well I would give this shop more than a 5 star now, much cleaner, polite staff, they look very smart. The manager is so obliging , Luke the young lad that serves, nothing is of to much trouble for him. The manager and staff have done David proud.

We Believe in sourcing our ingredients from the best local suppliers! We recently stumbled upon David Fry's fabulous Butchers shop in East Grinstead, In fact we're kicking our selves for not finding out about him sooner! All the meet in Fry's is local, top quality and all his sausages are home-made! After using his meat for a couple of events we were that impressed that I turned up unannounced with 8 pints of Harveys Sussex Best (to say thank you for selling us some exceptional meet) and camera in hand. On the spot I asked if I could take a few photos, David didn't even hesitate! He runs a tight ship! I went in and took a few snaps. The body of beef he had was so big I couldn't get it in one shot! It was so refreshing to find a butcher that is willing to put the extra time and effort into ageing meat properly, on the bone and air drying it, not a vac-pack bag in sight!
