        I left a message on their contact page which was never replied to. I then left a voicemail which also not replied to. I needed servicing to an extensive area of underfloor heating as well as servicing to a boiler with a possible need for a replacement. I just don't understand companies who do bother to respond at all. A well designed website but you need to get the basics right. Post script: In fairness Heat-Tek have indeed replied to me and have informed me that they were away when I made my enquiries.
