Fuel Fixer Ltd

I put wrong fuel in my diesel car, The breakdown company suggested using this company at a cost of 520 pounds. I was promised it would take 30 minutes for the engineer to arrive after 1 hour I contacted a very rude telephone operator to be told it would be a further 30 minutes I told her I had to cancel as I needed to get to work and she told me i would not get a refund of the 100 pounds deposit I paid. I contacted the management team this morning and was promised a call back which never happend , after a further 3 calls I was told I coudnt have my money back, well thanks for that. I have since got my car fixed at half the cost by a much more reliable company who turned up on time, do not use this company Rude and dont turn up on time and the cost is double of any other company, its all about money not customer service.

After putting petrol in my diesel car this company saved me, took 1.5hrs to get to me and all done and dusted in less than an hour. Bela was amazing, such a nice funny guy would recommend to anyone cost was exactly as quoted and car back running!

Took 5 hours to arrive, technician had been in the job for less than 2 weeks and had never worked on a motorcycle. 2 hours to drain the tank then he did not have the diagnostics tool to plug on and run the fuel pump. Ended up leaving having not started it, in the end i took it to a local garage who drained the tank properly and turned out it still had diesel in so it would never have run anyway. absolute waste of 308, and of a Friday evening.

Fuel Fixer is a life saviour. I filled my car's entire tank with diesel while my car is on petrol. I booked an appointment with them and Bartek from their company was at my place within an hour. He worked relentlessly and fixed the issue. He drained the diesel, flushed it out and cleaned the car's engine + filters within 2 hours and my car was back on the road.
