I wrote this review, which was true at that time, two years ago. However, while the equipment is still not always in great condition, the staff and oxygen technicians are delightful and very helpful This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. They supply monstrous machines which they seem to think someone with a lung disease will be capable of carrying and they continually want to pass the buck from the person on the phone to the person delivering the machine. They then want to get me to phone the prescriber when the prescriber has prescribed something which has been supplied without any problems by Air Liquide for several years, but which Dolby Vivisol refuses to supply. Do not use these people unless you have to.

The rebate department at Dolby Vivisol is not responding to any of our emails. Most companies would respond within 48 hrs, at least acknowledging receipt. However, Dolby just ignore your emails for days, weeks, and possibly months! We shall be taking this matter further until we receive a response from rebate department regarding their inaccuracies in meter readings and the likelihood of an underpayment. ----------- 9th June 2022 Dave, thanks for your reply. It's a pity we've had to comment on here to attract your attention. Hopefully you can get your rebate department to respond promptly to the emails we sent them weeks ago, copies sent to you today, still waiting for a response. ----------- 10th June 2022 Still waiting for a response....

Ah the joys of dealing with Dolby Vivisol in Crawley. You would think generating a electricity rebate based on meter readings given every 3 months would be fairly straightforward but not for Dolby Vivisol . I have had my noisy oxygen concentrator for 3 years and in that time I have had to chase them for my rebate 9 times on average making 4 phone calls per each rebate period. According to Dolby Vivisol I was overpaid by 400 but no one can tell me when I was overpaid or how they worked it out . So every rebate they have to manually adjust it meaning sometimes i get paid for 2 months instead of 3 months and the figures are always different even though I give a meter readings every 3 months . Last week I had to chase them again about my rebate because yet again they had failed to manually adjust it even though there are notes on the system. And after chasing them they gave me a figure that I was owed only to tell me 7 days later it was wrong. So to cap it all I am going to no longer use my Dolby Vivisol oxygen concentrator and have emailed my doctor to get it removed, I would rather be ill than deal with this company.
