My husband took 1 helium balloon to fill up for my son's birthday. He was told no and the staff refused to fill any balloons that are not bought from them. We were happy to pay whatever the cost (within reason) but they refused. This was not a huge balloon just a simple SpongeBob balloon. There is no legitimate reasons for this apart from to make more money out of people. They had the ability to help us but outright refused We even offered to buy one of their balloons but fill up ours and they still said no. I am really that's poor service We do not live in Tilgate so travelled for this service - would not recommend - poor customer service

Aladdin's cave of party items from balloons and decorations to dressing up outfits and cake decoration. Reasonably priced with helpful staff. Free parking right outside.

Purchased a Elsa ballon on Saturday the 5th for my granddaughters birthday 8.99 within 24hrs was flat we kept it a room temperature as told by shop assistant, went back to the shop on Monday the 6th manger was of , spoke to another shop assistant and basically she was very unhelpful and told us to come back in a few days which I didnt find very useful so one sad little granddaughter on her birthday I dont expect to pay 8.99 and within hours of going flat
