ultimate craft

Very rude person working in store today. when asking for assistance we were made to feel like we had bothered him. When we went to pay, the same person was on phone while we were paying barely gave any acknowledgment. Would not give copy of credit card receipt stated its not policy and called me rude for requesting one. Will not be giving repeat custom.

I can't say too much about this shop because I've only been in a couple of times to pickup specific ribbons and thread, because the opening hours clash with my working hours. However when I have been in I'm always excited by the huge selection of fabrics and other crafting supplies, that I know I could spend hours in there, hence the high rating. Also the staff were helpful, and it's worth noting that purchases below a certain amount (I think 5) have the be in cash.

Absolutely brilliant shop, I could spend hours browsing in here! Decent prices and good service. The pictures don't do the place justice - it's a proper treasure trove of craft supplies with a whole isle of yarn and patterns
