Absolutely appalling service. Avoid at all costs and go with the official airport parking company. This is not what we expected at all, it felt like there was just some guy at home who comes pick up your car and parks it outside his own house while you are away. I arrived at MCR airport later than the parking was booked because of a traffic issue and when I called to notify the company of my arrival the guy's first words to me were "What time to do you call this, you're late?" He then went on to reiterate the time I was supposed to arrive and rambled on about me having to call 30 minutes before I arrived. I wasn't able to do this because I was stuck in traffic, you guessed it, DRIVING TO THE AIRPORT!! This wasn't acceptable to him though. I was completely taken aback by his terrible attitude and queried his approach to customer service especially as I was already late and stressed about catching my plane, he then hung up on me and wouldn't answer my call back. Awful awful obnoxious unhappy little man. I was left stranded at the airport with no parking and have not been able to get a refund since. Avoid at all costs and go with the official airport parking company.
