The Reporter
Absolutely useless. Despite me giving clear instructions that part of my property was not part of the letting they included it in the contract and there was nothing I could do about it. During the tenancy my tenant ran a business from the property - they only took action when I made them and then proved powerless to stop it. On vacation they ignored all the damages and missing items and gave the tenant his full deposit back. Will try to avoid any form of conflict at all costs.
