First came across Alan after shredding my electric lead and Alan came and replaced it without any hassle, then I had a accident on holiday in Isle of Wight where are had a fight with a metal bench that was concreted in and ripped a hole in the side of my caravan - I have today collected my repaired caravan from Alan and the team and all I say is WOW what a great job, I was so pleased and I couldnt stop smiling all the way home. The only thing more stressful than buying a used motorhome is when your new pride and joy goes wrong. Trying to find a trusted tradesmen is yet another predicament in itself. Alan, went out of his way to help us with our motorhome. He gave good and accurate advice which actually saved me a whole load of money and coached me through fixing a problem with my water pump. He came out and installed new taps in a very timely and efficient manner. He also investigated a more tricky electrical issue that prevented our fridge from working and through great detective work. Alan knows his stuff, he has been so kind to us as we were novices to the motorhome game. I trust his judgement and to top it all, he is thoroughly decent bloke.
