        Having been asked to handle setting up a trust fund for 3 youngsters it was quickly apparent that professional advice was needed in the absence of any real financial knowledge myself! Tom took the time to explain the various options available and answered all questions knowledgeably, in a way that I was able to make sense of. The team supporting Tom have delivered for me, and more importantly the children. I'm comfortable that they will have the best possible financial outcome once old enough to enjoy their inheritance.         Many years ago in another life I was a financial adviser with Acuma of American Express. Since then Ive had a few IFAs dealing with my personal finances. I have to say Carpenter Box financial services lead by Tom Reed head adviser with Ben Keeley in back room staff have been tremendous in quality of service, prompt replies, good problem solving and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Fantastic team.
