please do NOT book ExpressTest . During covid, I was flying to Milan, so I booked the "4 hours PCT fit to fly" test - however the test results only came back in 5 hours, no explanation, no apologies - I had to cancel my flight to Milan and rebook into a new one, pay extra money for the new booking (600+ out of pocket). I claimed that via customer service, but received no response. please do NOT use them, as they are un-realiable, no customer service, and their on the ground staff member cannot help at all either. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Extremely poor customer service, not worth your time nor money.

Do yourself a favour and do not book with ExpressTest. I was flying from England, back to Australia on January 15. I had gotten covid about 3 weeks before my flight so I knew there was a high chance of my PCR showing up positive. I was trying to organise a medical certificate (which was the solution for people who had covid 14 days prior to flying) but it was January 13 now and I was still not able to. I was completely panicked as my flight was in two days. I called ExpressTest to enquire whether I should still book a PCR test (as I wasnt able to get a medical certificate at that point). The staff advised that I can book the 4-hours PCR fit to fly test as the 3-days cancellation policy does not apply to this particular test and therefore, I can get a full refund if I didnt need this test anymore. I clarified with him about 3x before I hung up and each time he said I will get a full refund. After the phone call, I booked my test. Later that day, I received a call from one of the medical centres I contacted about a medical certificate. They said the doctor will be able to provide me with one. I was so happy! I contacted ExpressTest (online) as soon as I could and requested a cancellation and refund. I was issued a voucher while in transit in the U.S. rather than the full refund the staff stated that I would get. I went back and forth with the other staff from ExpressTest, letting them know the information I was given by one of their staff members and how I live in Australia and wont be returning to the UK in the near future so a voucher will not do me any good. Their responses back were very generic and unsympathetic. Before you say that I shouldve read the terms and conditions, do know that the only reason I went ahead with my booking was because the staff said my test is eligible for a full refund at any time. If I had known that I wasnt, I wouldve never booked the test or I wouldve had the medical certificate and taken the test to not waste the money. Now Ive wasted 119 pounds on a test I will never use, which couldve been prevented if I was not given incorrect information. Maybe train your staff members better so everyones on the same page and give out accurate information.

Absolute trash. We ordered home test kits for our holidays. The mobile app doesnt even work -It says under maintenance. If Scan the QR code and follow steps online after uploading all the pictures it says "QR is not valid" Avoid buying their home test kits at any cost
