Alamo Rent A Car - London Gatwick Airport

Dont use Alamo. They charged me for another 150 at the car park before hire for so called additional insurance, which I already bought online. Still trying to get money back from these bunch of scammers

A huge thanks to Ali and Jonathan that helped me enormously after my daughter left her phone in the car and we were already through security ! Otherwise, all was good. Not trying to oversell extras for car pick-up. A free drop-off service at Gatwick North terminal was really handy and the car had no damage which was great.

AVOID at all costs: If I could give zero stars I would, They took 1,000 from my bank account without as much as a phone call causing me to miss direct debits and standing orders all for two tiny windscreen chips that I didn't cause, I believe they were already there pre rental like the bonnet scratch that I pointed out pre rental but also wasn't recorded on the rental agreement and was being accused of causing until I showed a pre rental photo, unfortunately the picture was not clear enough to show windscreen chips, if you must use this company take a video of the whole car pre rental and bring a torch as the pick up area is badly lit. Put me off car rental ever again.
