Been using oasis for around 17 years from working in aquatic stores to now owning my own one. Steve and his team are always available to help no matter what. I wouldnt be where I am now if it wasnt for them. Great prices to the trade and to be honest unbeatable. I deal with many wholesale companys and this is definitely the most helpful by far. If your a bricks and mortar or aquatic/landscaping look no further. Special Thanks to Steve/Gary and the rest of the team.

Buyers Be Warned! Its important that anyone looking to purchase any equipment from this company know that if you do and something goes wrong with it and its faulty, they will NOT replace it for you Yes this is against the Consumer Rights Act but they dont care about that or you, once they have your money its tough! I even emailed the Directors Marianne Tarbuck & Stephen Pattullo but no response, just not interested. I spent thousands with this company via my Pond Guy and have several of their OASE pumps. One of which stopped working only after 2 weeks. They refused to replace it and had me jumping through loads of hoops to see if they could get it working despite me telling them, we had tried everything but no they wouldnt listen. The main manufacturer also got involved and refused to replace it also. Again even through it was faulty and brand new. They just would not exchange it. Be very careful with these guys and OASE the main manufacture as they have no idea what customer service is at all. Shame we didnt use PayPal as they would have made them replace it. Lesson learned there. Terrible service and very short sighted company considering the amount of money we spent. Nearly 10k but still wouldnt replace the faulty pump. They made up stories that it was something inside the pump that wasnt working then said that wasnt covered, then changed their mind and said it was sand in the pump, just a load of nonsense. I had no filter on my brand new pond for 4 weeks, which left my pond in a terrible state after spending thousands on it. They just didnt care at all. This equipment isnt cheap so if you dont want to get stitched right up, choose a different company and manufacture or buy via PayPal. This is a 100% genuine review and I think people should know the type of business they are dealing with. Think twice here people. !! Or just stay well clear!
