Impossible to contact by phone, No questionnaire ,not answering emails

We have returned from our Holiday and I will complete a seperate review for this. But Titan UK experiance in trying to contact anybody has been shocking . If they dont improve then We will never use them again. If we get the same level of service from the UK office when we next look to book then we will cancel before we complete. We were waiting hours on the phone and never got a call back.

Phone calls long wait. Emails quickly answered but not always give the details asked for. Some of us are still not computer literature

They are a bloody disgrace. I spent 3 days a few weeks trying to upgrade my flights for an upcoming holiday. I spent in excess of 8 hours on the phone and never got to talk to a living person. Friend fortunately had a contact who offered to help. Problem solved in 48 hours. More recently, close friends had booked to go to Hawaii. They had paid the balance when out of the blue my friend passed away totally unexpectedly. His daughter contacted Titan and received a stock letter addressed to the deceased saying that they were sorry he had decided to cancel the holiday and offered a 50% refund. No acknowledgement that he was DEAD! Disgusting. You people need to get back into the office and stop pretending to work from home. I am about to embark on a vacation with Titan, but I think it will be my LAST. I hope it's worth it as it is the most expensive holiday I will have had. It had better be good. They are really disappointing.
