I am always hugely impressed by the kindness and understanding that accompany the fantastically efficient service we have received from Patricia White's. I also very much appreciate that they offer real support for the carers on their books. Every carer we have found through PW's has been nothing but kindness personified and extremely professional. Thank you.

This company is not compassionate at all (being they are meant to be a care agency). Telling a carer they have a bad attitude because they were going through a hard time momentarily just shows the lack of care this company has. You cant only be considerate to your clients alone but also the carers as without them you dont have a business!!

I was told I needed to purchase a new DBS as mine was adult and children. I questioned this but agreed. I was somewhat hurried to purchase it even though I gave them a date when I would be able to pay. I already had a new DBS a month old, but apparently it has the child element and they said that was not acceptably. I was sent emails of my expected date of me purchasing the DBS. No mention of this in the interview of how much in total with the DBS and once I purchased the DBS I would then have to book their training for 99.00. When I questioned why none of this was mentioned inthe interview they apologised and said that individual was no longer working there. I would have a week to finish register if I still wanted to and book my training before March 31. The communication is ridiculous its taken weeks for a response and I still have not received a DBS or a refund. This company in my opinion is a rip off. I will keep on until I get my money back because who at this time can be throwing money away when it's hard enough to buy food and pay the rent.
