I have needed to have 4 times a day care since last discharge from hospital in January this year. Overall the service I have received has been excellent. The carers I have on a fairly regular basis are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, competent, professional and caring. They are friendly and, with my limited mobility which is worse at times I feel reassured that they are there to assist me as needed and overall by the care I receive. Staff in the Office are only a call away if required both in and out of hours.

I have worked for britanna for nearly a year!!! Superb company, very supportive to the staff, very flexible working hours! Office staff are great very accommodating!!! They support on going training. I wish is joined years ago! Im glad to be part of the britanna family

I cannot thank Britannia Healthcare enough for their incredible work. My brother, a Multiple Myeloma patient, arrived back home in Warlingham after months in hospital. We were very concerned about how he was going to cope on his own, but we neednt have worried as the most amazing team of carers took over. We had heard worrying stories from friends about their own experiences with other companies, but I can honestly say all the carers who look after my brother are experienced, kind, caring and thoughtful and go out of their way to make him comfortable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Your carers should be very proud of themselves. Well done Britannia Healthcare for providing an excellent service and to such a high standard. Jacqui Saunders

I have worked for Britannia for a year now and there has not been one day where I have not wanted to come to work, the office team and management are excellent, they care about their staff. If you have any problems they are a phone call away. They support you and make you feel very appreciated. I look forward to work every day!!
