        Worst place to go if youre sick. Called this morning 4 just a prescription. Receptionist Mrs known it all. Told me to call back at 2. Callback at 2, only to be told that all appointments are gone. They are playing with peoples health.

        Recent encounters with the staff compelled me to write this review. Everyone is always lovely and helpful, the doctors look into any concerns you may have and offer explanation. It may be difficult at times to get an appointment, though I've had great success getting in touch with the doctors via their website, they reply promptly. The staff also prescribes medication quickly, usually within the day I request it. All in all I'm very glad to have registered with them when I moved to Horley and would always recommend the surgery.

        Absolute nightmare seeking service from this surgery. No parking space, bad hospitality from staff. Extremely rude. Makes me feel like I owe them a lot of debts by coming here for a service. Oh my god, we have been paying taxes for these people!

      All in all I'm very glad to have registered with them when I moved to Horley and would always recommend the surgery.
