        I rarely leave reviews. However, when I receive outstanding service I feel compelled to. When I originally received the bath tap/shower mixer, Tapstore were excellent in dealing with my assembly queries. The following year, a failed part was sent out next day without any quibble. Excellent.

        Amazing service from this company. I ordered a tap that was out of stock but I needed it urgently. They sourced it and delivered it super-fast. The tap arrived but it didn't fit, not a problem! They took it back without issue and refunded quickly. The whole process was 100% professional with excellent communications throughout.         Excellent service. We needed a new mixer tap to replace an old tap that was dripping. We rang customer service and the lady was extremely knowledgeable and helped us obtain the correct tap. The delivery was next day and the quality of the product was very good. I would highly recommend.
