        Bought both the skin and hair vitamins. Always looking for something natural and when I found these I was really happy to try. I have noticed short hairs growing at the front of my head and my face has cleared dramatically especially at the time of the month I didnt get a breakout.

        I have been taking the Hair and Skin formulas for about 2 months now and have noticed a difference in the amount of hair fall while washing and brushing. Far less than ever before, which was my concern. I have also noticed that my eye lashes are longer and softer.
