Booked them to come and view decking and patio, got a phone call and e mail confirming that John Reed would be out to look at it. Took a day off work and no one turned up. I phoned 4 times and e mailed and every time on the phone I was told they would get back to me and they never bothered. Never bothered to reply to my e mail either. Very poor service, the poorest I have been treated by a company. I am a which member and will be contacting them and I have regularly left "trust a trader reviews" I will be contacting them also.
