Awful. Arrived at the desk 15 mins after closing with my 93 year old mother in a wheelchair to find the desk closed. The(premium) phone line also closed. Clearly no attempt to contact me on the provided details, or tracking of the delayed flight. Now still stuck in an endless queue on the only available premium phone no. to ask about a refund. Unable to find the phone no. for the Gatwick branch. Had to rent another car from Europcar (who could not have been more helpful). Was looking forward to trying a polestar with Hertz, but now have no plans to use them again. I expected so much more from an established name..

Awful service! I have been calling directly at the branches number to speak to the manager for over 20 days and no one in the branch have answered the phone Honestly, save your time and your money. Dont book with Hertz! They have worst phoning system where you cannot even speak to anyone other than a booking, they never respond to any of your mail if they do they wont even help you! Will not use this company again!
