        I have to pay an extra of 450GBP for the scratch you can "see" between the white marks the lady at the desk did. Yes, thats one very thin scratch that was provably there when I was given the car and that I didnt notice at that time. You cannot see it on normal circumstances, just with a powerful torch in a particular angle. I asked to raise a formal complaint and to be informed of my rights with no success from them. Ill try to be as far as possible from them.
