We spent 2 weeks calling every other day just to get in touch with them and book a survey. We finally managed to get someone in and they provided some preliminary plans.
Thats the last we heard from them.
We keep chasing them to have un update and to get this project going however there is no response from Howdens; no emails, no phone calls, no follow up, nothing, nada.
This is a very bizarre and un-businesslike behaviour and since Howdens unresponsiveness is hindering the realisation of our kitchen project we have now decided to proceed with a competitor.
