Very happy with my secondary glazing for large sash windows. I already have double glazing but it's old and draughty. This has transformed things - heat kept in, noise and cold kept out.

Just be fully aware that the brown panel is falsely advertised. Please see my pic attached. Ordered a brown panel to match the window frame, but as you can see is most obviously black. I told the company that they should sell it as black & not lie about the colour & their response was that nobody would order from them if it wasnt advertised as brown! I received an extremely rude & awkward phone call from Richard trying to defend the black as dark brown ! . I dont think Ive ever laughed so much in my life as he tried to convince me that black was brown. On a VERY serious note though Richard ~ you should definitely be having cataract surgery ASAP !!

Delivery came exactly when it said it would. Product cut exactly to size & very easy to install. You can barely tell it's there! My hopes had been to reduce noise through the window over my front door; this was successful and showed just how much sound is coming through the door itself!
