I recently ordered an item from Langley Models and received the wrong item, I attempted to resolve the problem with a quick 'phone call to Langley Models. Unfortunately I was unprepared for the stream of profanities or the aggressive response from the seller who cut off the call in mid-sentence. In short, wrong item supplied and zero satisafaction, appallingly rude seller. They do not deserve one star.

Would have liked to give zero review based on the disgusting attitude of the seller. Ordered as a present but part of the order was missing so tried to contact them by email and telephone only to be ignored (no answerphone on the contact number) Raised a complaint through PayPal and suddenly received a reply to my emails. No apology for the mistake, he did however say if I could confirm again what was missing they would send it out (even though I had already done that including sending a picture of the items received). I replied and detailed the order yet again and received no reply at all to say it was being sent, so 4 days later sent another email asking very nicely if it has been sent yet. I got an email back that was just abusive and not the way a customer should be spoken to. This 'Ian' person told me I'd called him a liar (did no such thing) so I guess I will have to wait and see if anything ever appears, although I'm not holding my breath. Order with caution because if you don't get what you ordered all you can expect is ignorance, and if your lucky enough to get a reply then expect an extremely bad attitude. Shame really as the parts I did receive were nice and my husband would definitely have bought more in the future had I simply had a polite response. Mistakes are made with orders which isn't a problem but customers should be treated with the respect they deserve. My advice, if you do buy through them, use PayPal to cover yourself.
