I contacted this estate agent recently regarding one of the properties they had posted for sale on Rightmove. At first they tried to discourage me from buying by saying the house needs a complete refurb. I replied to them saying I would still like to view the property to get an estimate of expenses for the refurb. They did not reply to my email for three days. After three days, I send another email to them, then I received a voice message asking me to call them. When I called them, the person who answered my call did not seem interested at all. It appeared to me as if he didn't care. He told me that someone from sales team will call me, which never happened even after one week. I am extremely disappointed with this estate agent.

Hi all, 6 months ago I did a very good review for this letting agents and here I am editing my review so that all you should understand my pain. Now as per tenancy agreement I have moved out from the property and cleaned almost at the same state that I received. Still I was happy to provide cleaning fees, but they have charged me 292 for cleaning. I will come to review again here with all details. Please think before taking decision. If that helps. I have a very very awesome experience and a fabulous support and response from Aston. I can say that without help from Taylor I couldn't manage a rented property within few days in Crawley. Had numerous queries and requests to Taylor from Aston, every time I got a positive response. Truly inspiring and worth sharing the experience with friends, colleagues and family. Keep this up! Thanks Aston and of course Taylor.

We have had a fantastic experience letting through Astons, Taylor has been so helpful with all our questions, super speedy at replying! Their offices in Crawley old street are lovely, would really recommend.
