Have been with the surgery for many years, and have had varied experiences. But today, I really wanted to leave a review to express my gratitude towards the service Ive received this morning. Sally on the phone at patient services, was warm and understanding despite sounding poorly herself! I received a phone call less than half an hour later, from Dr Salajee. Who is by all accounts, the loveliest and most attentive man. He listened with empathy and didnt rush me. As a family, we have known Dr Salajee years, as before moving to Crawley, my husband was a patient at Clerklands. Thank you Dr Salajee for your kindness and excellent care as always. Please never leave!

Spoken with a kind and friendly receptionist who advised my usual consultant was not in practice today. She arranged a call back with a nurse. I received my phone call in a timely manner, Tracy had read my file; she was efficient, knowledgeable and caring. An excellent example of a well run Surgery and great health care professionals.

This should be zero! The reception staff are the most rude arrogant unfeeling I have ever encountered, I am not going in to details but I am left in shock after the encounter with them, disgusting! train your staff to treat us like humans and have some compassion. I will probably be looking to move from them purely down to reception staff
