        We have had a brilliant booking experience with Hayes and Jarvis. Having booked previously with another, far more expensive agent!, we have found Chris (our main point of contact) to be superb. He has answered every question, almost immediately. All the information was sent through so quickly and any amendments we requested were done with no fuss. He seems to work all hours! Once booked the excellent service has continued (unlike some companies we have had experience of). The point of contact in Sri Lanka has emailed us already and, has advised us they will be our personal concierge 24/7. Brilliant! Thank you so much - we are so looking forward to our holiday with you.

        We have just booked a dream trip to Argentina and Brazil. Bethany was extremely helpful, understood exactly what we wanted to do from the start and organised an amazing trip for us. She was very responsive to questions and the few alterations that we wanted to make and we cant wait until next February!
