Phoned you to get some information in regards to getting a picture mounted/framed. Very rude and patronising. Really unprofessional how the man spoke to me. Really no need to be so rude when somebody was simply asking a few questions in regards to services offered.

Allan prepared a memorabilia frame for my brother to mark his service in the police. He made a fantastic job of it. Absolutely perfect. A lovely, kind and generous man. Thank you.

Allan has framed many pieces for us over the years and we just picked up 10 new pieces from him yesterday (11th Dec). Our pieces are mainly music memorabilia, posters and instrument parts. He has also reframed old pictures and mirrors belonging to my parents, which were carefully taken apart and reconsructed. Allan always listens, offers alternative options, takes time to show you the large range of frames and mounts available and he cannot be faulted for his work ethics, turnaround times and prices. Compared to other local businesses we have visited, who do overcharge for pre-framed prints, Allan is by far the better option. Ignore the 1 star reviews and try his services out for yourself. 5
