Regus - Crawley, Station Way - Pinnacle

I needed somewhere locally to work as we were having some renovation work done on our home (I work from home). It was obviously too disruptive to work from home so signed up to the co-working space at Regus. The premises and general use of the service was great, however 3 stars due how poor the customer service is. I can never get through when wanting to discuss billing problems! Shame but as a co-working space it is good

After numerous attempts to reach customer service by phone, no one was able to help me to terminate my contract. I was told once that it was too late so I was automatically rehired for a year. But on the other hand, if you wish to sign a contract, you will be answered very quickly with a smile... I have never seen a company treating these customers with so much disinterest. I have a horrible customer relationship experience with Regus. I will never come back again !

If you want to do business where customers parking in your visitor bays constantly get companies like Highview Parking trying to extort money from them, this is the place to set up shop. There is nowhere to lock a bike either.

My bicycle was stolen from a new secure bike lock up outside the building. This was my mode of transport to get to and from work and I would expect my belongings to be safe on building grounds. There was no staff on reception and no visible signs stating I was liable. The company I worked for contacted the building several times in an attempt for my compensation but there was no response. If you want an office where staff cant have faith in belongings being safe on work grounds due to an unmanned reception and no correspondence to resolve issues, this is the perfect place for you!
