I wanted to check the condition of a book listed on the website before I purchased it, spoke with a lovely gentleman called George on the phone, who then went the extra mile by taking photographs of the book on his phone and emailing them to me. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Friendly helpful staff, clean store throughout and allowed access to check a display item was interested in purchasing.. Item purchased and friendly staff vs customer service given up to point of leaving store. Enjoyable experience. Great charity outlet.

Called Oxfam with regard donating items, but unfortunately that could not collect, however, the lady I spoke to was very helpful with lots of information, who and where to call for help...very grateful to them at Oxfam. Very polite and friendly..thank you

Speak as You find is the best way and this needs to be said I was in the Crawley outlet when a lady pensioner asked discreetly if she could use the toilet and she explained that she had recent cancer treatment and due to medication sometimes have an urgent emergency need This request for the use was refused point blank I with others present thought it was a Shameful refusal from the assistant who was not on his own This finished up Placing the lady in a very embarrassing position I would like to think that this is not a Company Policy and just that the assistant had a severe lack of understanding and compassion I will say again The assistant was not working on his own as there was someone else in the the shop who had been in the front stocking up and he returned to the rear of the shop just before when the lady asked her question.
