I reached out to Tony in the hope he could turn around our requirements quickly due to timescales we had on decorating within 4 days from measuring and pricing the job, the carpet was down, old carpet removed and the quality of carpet, customer experience, delivering on expectation and the engagement process from start to finish was unrivalled. Price of the job was cheaper than the high street shops and for the quality of everything listed above Im so glad we used Cushty Carpets!! Thank you Tony!

Cushty carpets bloody amazing!!! I had Tony over to lay my carpet all through my house he came to measure when I was viewing the house sent me a quote which was a great price for everything. He waited a good few weeks till I was ready to get keys and was very responsive He also let me drive to his house to relook at the carpet and colour to be sure. The day Tony laid the carpet he was on time very professional and done a amazing job throughout the house. I will defo be contacting him to come back again to do bathroom. I've also recommended him to family and friends. Thanks so much Tony very happy.

Sorry thought I posted this November/December 2022 just after my son had his carpets fitted, by mistake I only posted on Facebook. I am writing this review on behalf of my son as he isnt on Facebook. This review is his words. I found Cushty Carpets for him on Horley Life Facebook page and he chose them due to their fantastic reviews. I highly recommend Cushty Carpets Tony is fantastic, honest, trustworthy, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. Its very hard to choose carpet from a sample. When Tony came round to measure up and quote I explained that I wanted hard wearing carpet with a luxurious feel and he advised me which carpet would be best and he was spot on. Once I placed my order Tony advised me of lead time which was extremely helpful as I was ordering my furniture and obviously needed the carpets down first. He then gave me a installation date. The fitting was fantastic, he even fitted in all my fitted cupboards and went right under the hot water tank to give a superb finish. The carpets are all fitted and Tony was spot on, they look amazing and feel really luxurious. He did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy, he even made me a mat to go inside the front door from an off cut. I am extremely happy with my lovely new carpets and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Cushty Carpets they are
